Really? oh. I thought they weren't that quiet >>. To be fair I moved from a single fan XFX 'card so anything is quieter in comparison.

Both favor the MSi. This is subjective though, I for instance have the Asus 780, and save for the Sapphire R9 290 I briefly had, it's the quietest card I've owned thus far.

I got a pair of them and do not hear anything. About all I can hear is the stock Corsair fans on the H100i, they make a little bit of noise. Plus the tower is under the desk, it would be up on top, but the GF likes to whine and complain that it shouldn't be up there lol!

So all in all I have GF whine but no video card whine.

from what i read this is quite common. overclocking generally fixes it as it makes them vibrate at a higher frequency that most people cannot hear.

from what i read as well its at a very high pitched noise that alot of people cant hear, i guess i just have a higher bandwidth of hearing? idk
