More use of reps!

Hey all

I want to see more documented use of the reps button. If you arent sure what it is - look in my sig about if someone helps you.

I think with more usage of it, we could encourage more regular members to stick around with higher appreciation for helping others.

If it is being used, make sure you make it known in the post aka. "I'm gonna give you reps!"

So yeah, lets use that rep button where necessary

Looks like they've got a power rep system...

The more reps you have, the more reps you can give to other people. So if I rep someone, they get 1 rep. If mrapoc reps someone, they get 100 reps, etc.

I prefer a standard 1-rep from all system myself

This is definitely something that should be used more often but of course still properly.

It's not the be all and end all and isn't why I try to help people on here but it is nice to see the odd comment in User CP. It reminds you months on about someone appreciating your help.

.. to hijack a thread with a related reasonage ... (and I couldn't find the "changes to the FS&W" thing that was going on) ...

It would be nice if we could associate in some way reps with good selling.

Or something along the lines of encouraging posting of reports back from people who purchased items.

It'd simply take the um-and-arr away from any1 looking to purchase something off some1.
