Ok, so after being featured in Custom PC's Readers Drives section a while ago (Issue 43 - April 2007) the beast has had a bit of an upgrade so it's time to show them off

More?

I've got a waterblock waiting to be installed for the GTX275 and also a 120mm Rad which I'll be mounting soon. Then I shall update the pics as currently it's only showing my old 8800GT..tsk

Soon as I seen the optical drive ejecting upwards I thought, actual said, "wow".

Then comes the pic with the side off and I'm thinking "there's tech everywhere !".

What was the thinking behind the 12" on the front of the case ? I'd love to know.

Had to do a double-take with the pic showing the radiator and skirting of the room.. cos... errr.. this room has the same ! lol

Thanks for sharing.

what would you like to know?

It used to be a standard EPOS screen with VGA and powered via a power brick adaptor, I stripped the screen from the housing and mounted it within the case.

For power I rigged a molex to the required plug and presto, I've got a USB to VGA adaptor which is used for the data.

Anythign else you'd like to know?

lol, I guess I kinda missed the point there then :p

I use it for hardware monitoring, winamp / itunes and if I run a dedicated server I have the console on it. Things that need to be open but not neccessarily looked at so often.

Ah ic, nice.

Think if I had a screen on it, I'd desk mount it.

Lovin the dual monitor use. Was looking at eVGA's dual 19" screens the other day. Didn't fancy the resolutions tho. Nice looking kit mind.

Once you have multiple monitors you can't go back. tbh I dont really notice that its on the floor, but Monolith is a bit of a beast I would have to reinforce my desk I think.

People who use my PC for more than 15 minutes realise how much more you can get done and when they go back to thier single screen setup's then end up buying a second the same size lol.

Nice computer, too big for me tho but definatly loving the integrated screen :)

Wonder what would happen if i did that with my antec 300:rolleyes:

Also definatly agree with a dual screen setup

Omg.

FTW Rig.

Ah those innards are awesome and the optical drive is genius.

Just too good.

One word to describe it?

Pimpin'
