Modding My GTX 780 Ti

Very nice, I dont know why Nvidia didnt use this for their reference coolers.

Also ya should try and mod the GTX logo an change it to Dicehunter ;) Dont go sending people looking for this GPU from Nvidia. xD

OT: What headset is that on your desk, I was thinking it was the Omega or something but it looks like a corsair o-o

Haha nah I'm happy with the default logo lettering ^_^

The headset is the Corsair 1400 :)

You need to post more about 'removing the green layer'

also if you update the OP with pictures please still post it in the normal post trail aswell dude so its easier to follow questions and answers :)

Thats rather lovely. Personally I'd be tempted to paint the Geforce red instead of leaving it white as it stands out a bit too much (personally).
Still, this is very inspiring ^_^

-edit- I'd also be tempted to go bling and get gold screws :P

Nope, The only way to get the green off is to sand it off with very fine sand paper, Preferably 400 grit.

Updated OP with some better pics, Fiddling with settings on this thing and keeping VERY still while pressing "shoot" ^_^

ahh i see ok cheers for the info dude

Will do, I'll update the OP as well about how to change the LED :)

To change the LED colour you need to first take the shroud apart which consists of 8 x 2mm hex screws and a few 1.5mm hex screws, For this use a 1.5mm and 2mm alan/hex key.

Once that has been done take the shroud to pieces and the LED strip will just fall out.

You can disconnect the wire but it's really fiddly so just leave it attached.

Once you have the LED strip in hand use the 400 grit sand paper on it until you are left with a dark clear surface, Be sure to keep any debris away from the card.
