Modded bios for Gigabyte gtx 970 (non g1) ???

Can someone please upload their modded bios for this card that has fixed the stutter and low gpu utilization, i have searched the hell out of the forums but i cant find a single post about it. i hear people are having huge sucess when the increased the tdp wattage of this card to 275 with the maxwell bios tweaker. can anyone please upload your bios?

Or you could download and install the newest drivers to fix the stutter and GPU usage. If you already have then the card is probably faulty.
