Mayhems Aurora Coolant - Pre-mixed Liquids

this morning i received the full RASA kit from XSPC.

thank you Paul over at XSPC for sending us the kit to add to out tests.

Once it was fitted in to a older chassis we started running test and found that the viscosity of the liquid was to much how ever like all mad men we have a back up plan and changed the ratio of the liquid a little.

With the new adjusted liquid every thing run fine and we even got a 4c drop in temps.

Some quick pics of the liquid in action with the RASA kit from XSPC

Yes it means i need to re-do every thing.

We found several problems to day with the independent tester and all so the rasa.

1) the viscosity was to much for that block. (this has been changed)

2) He used a in-line filer (doh)

3) He never cleaned the system before he started

4) he was using Masterkleer tubing which is horrible stuff and leaches like mad. ive known about that for months.

5) there was black crap in his block, as in clumps this would have been there before he started as he only had the liquid in one day.

6) when he flushed the system all he did was clean with di water and lopped it, this isn't a proper flush as you still circulating the crap inside around over and over again.

this is all good news to be honest as this is what will happen when people don't clean properly and don't know so will give me a good idea on advising people how to use this liquid.

The viscosity is getting changed and obversely means i need to work harder on getting it correct so it doesn't happen again.

You are some sort of facking genius, every time you post a next dev log video or picture I am more and more amazed LOL

Oky had a issue with one of the testers on a XSPC Rasa block saying it was fouling up the ports after 12 hour run. So ive just completed a 24 Hour run and taken pictures of the Rasa. How ever we did have problem but this is not with the Rasa it self but i think its the over head pressure of the pump in the rasa kit..

Any block spots on the block were found to be rubber from the rasa and nothing more.

Here are some close up shots of the rasa

Oky been messing more and since we have changed the viscosity of the mix i've been playing by using a higher density of pearl. The effect is very striking and seriously noticeable with in the tubing.

How ever i don't think it could ever be sold like this but there are two possible options relay.

1) Using a Add on bottle with the main liquid and saying you can top up the pearl to increase the effect how ever at the same time increase the chance of blocking you blocks.

2) Sell as separate 5ml / 10ml bottle which could be bought as a add-on

They could still only be used in our mixes as the chemical inside them is matched only to our fluids and if added to say any other premix there would be a chemical reaction that would make it fail.

Any way i cannot test it just yet under a live system as i blew my test system MB and need to replace it.

Shit happens lol.....

But ill upload a vid after showing.

Will do water later on (for comparison) been up all night again to get this pc done for testing.

well bro I will say this I know you'll get it ironed out and whatever precautions you put out I'll follow as this stuff is awesome to see.

Saw this stuff in the flesh yesterday when dropping off a couple of bits. It looks seriously awesome, like insane, the pictures don't do it justice. Keep up the awesome work man!

It can now be left to test for a month or so.

...

He liked the way the could be seen in the tubes.

pmsl. any way today i burnt my hands cos i daft lass left the cooker on and i put my left hand on the cooker, screamed like a girl and burnt my pinkys. The blisters are killing me.

But the good news is it has inspired me to make a blister looking liquid with lots of puss .....
