The EU Parliament has said that EU citizens are still in danger of Mass Surveillance and that an "effective level of protection" need to be put in place.

At least your governing body realizes that its an issue. Mine couldn't give any less *****. Nothing has changed. Heck even corporations are against this and they still don't care.
