Manufactures, Y U tease us?

I just dont understand why you would need a fan for the mosfet cooling ?
But if am not mistaking there are pre done water cooling fittings, so i am not quite sure how the cooling would work without water ?

Yeah I mentioned it a while ago dude. It's really starting to worry me seeing this HORRID whirry little crap fans on the sinks.

Haswell is what, 22nm? less? why on earth would you need to cool the power circuitry?

I'm also noticing that loads of these boards have dual 8 pin. Seriously wtf? we're supposed to be cutting down power consumption

More pics from Gigabyte guys :D

That micro atx plus a 350D or Prodigy is certainly an appealing thought right now!

Found two new boards, guys:

First ones a bit weird, as I remember reading about Intel stepping down from the motherboard market, but they've made a Z87 board anyway? (Look at the heatsink):

And Biostar joins in on the fun once again with this z87 board with Thunderbolt! (While the rest of the board doesn't seem too high-end to me):

god all these nice boards!! i thought my formula v looked nice!

it is nice to see manufacturers putting in silly amounts of effort getting there hardware looking nice!

I agree Kambo, I think manufacturers are realising that with successes such as the MPower that it's not only the £180+ boards that should be aesthetically pleasing.
