Your comment doesn't make any sense.

If you were to actually train instead of just insult people and come out with shit there is a common practice called "progress pictures", You take 1 every 6 weeks and then you can measure your advancement.

Well yeah I take it serious, I work in the fitness industry, Fitness is my passion and to me your comment came off as offensive.

Dude you came out with an insult , I didn't like it, You recognised that, Move on.

no i didn't come out with an insult, you interpreted something as an insult. i don't know why because the context was obviously not serious either, but oh well.

You obviously dont understand, In the fitness industry or even if a person is just bettering their body through fitness you always get the people *usually who dont train* that come out with lines like yours and it gets very annoying

i used to train for a bit and didn't like it.
however, it doesn't matter what you do, someone will always make a sarcastic line about it. doesn't matter if it's your heritage, your job or your hobby. every joke is at somebody's expense, once in a while it might be you and then it's better to chime in than to get mad.

Maybe you like getting offended but I don't.

Dice I hope that image has been altered in photoshop or something to help disguise your face or something because that would be the worst pic to take for a progress pic imo. Its grainy and dark which would make it very hard to see if you have made progress or not.

Also why not just use a measuring tap and a pen and paper. You get actual figures of your arm and chest size. Then you can see if you are making progress or stagnating. An image can be deceiving and if your progress images are like that one then I would really reconsider how you do that part.

Just my 2 cents

I darkened this one on purpose as I wanted a bit of a dark look to use as a profile pic on bodybuilding.com :)

Plus I've found proper well lit pictures once every 6 weeks or so are a good way to judge gains, I know measuring can also be used but I've measured once in the years since I started training, I try not to go off numbers i.e scale and measuring tape as I know for a fact that can become an obsessive problem with some people and this way works for me so I stick with it :)

Whats going on here lol, Diceunter is in great shape, he posted a couple of pics a while back and he has arms and delts and he has abs too! That takes a lot of work so well done to him, he was only posting his pic as joke.

Just because he has a pic of himself doesn't mean he faps over himself.

Nice to have some kind words come my way for a change ^_^

Ah I get ya man. Was wondering cause that pic like that wouldn't be great imo for that purpose but its fine for a profile pic ha.

I suppose I dunno I am not a very addictive or obsessive person when it comes to numbers. If it looks good and works then leave it be ha.

Well since I started working as a personal trainer a few years ago appearance is really important as you can't be an out of shape trainer as that would not set a good example for clients so always looking good is a must have, The only trainers I know that are out of shape have very little business and generally have lost their passion for fitness.
