Major FPS difference MSI Afterburner vs EVGA Precision

Running the two simultaneously (or separately) shows major FPS read-out differences. EVGA says 29 FPS whilst MSI says 70-80+ FPS; which one is right?

Use Steams FPS overlay as well to give you a good idea then you'll see which the faulty one is.

I fit looks glitchy and hardly playable EVGA is right. If it's smooth then I'd back afterburner.

Then I'd have to back MSI, but I'll also do what dice said, interesting and so far only seems to pertain to GTA 5.

Edit: Steam FPS overlay confirms MSI software is correct. How peculiar! I would use Asus GPU Tweak since I've an Asus card, but I just don't like it.
