Up hitting f6 during setup of xp be sure to install the Nvidia NForce Storage Controller first and then the Nvidia raid class driver. Both are required.

It's both mate.

Called a friend with a floppy drive so I'm going around there now, was it just the latest BIOS from the DFI website Mav?

How do you select both?

No probs mate, just choose the storage controller first, load them up and then it should give you the same option again to load up scsi drivers, just press s and then load up the raid driver. When thats done just press enter to continue with the installation.

When it rains it pours just been round my mates house he installed i tunes on his PC and its completely stuffed it will not even start in safe mode i think I'm jinxed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK i have wiped everything disabled RAID in the BIOS and widows is finally loading on my 250GB Samsung Spinpoint fingers crossed.

I think i might have a problem with 1 of my raptors so loading it this way seems like the logical way to go!!

FINALY i have widows loaded!!!

But now i can't get onto the net?

It is connected via a network Switch normally you just plug it in and off you go, the LAN settings are configured to automatically detect

Any ideas?

Cheers Mav

things are looking a bit better I'm on the net so i can download the new BIOS and Flash it??

I have the board running with both my sticks of Gskill just out of interest.

Fantastic!!

I have Beta BIOS installed and have upped the RAM voltage to 2.8 and everything seems to be nice and stable and running at a nice speed!!!

Thanks everybody you all no your stuff!!!!!!!!!!!

How do i go about making sure everything is running as it should be?

And i guide to overclocking this bad boy would be fantastic Mav if you have some time? (and plenty of patients)

I the Nvidia control panel it only See's 1 of my GTX cards i have enabled sli in the BIOS and i have upgraded the GPU drivers to 81.95?

Also when i go to the device menu in control panel it does not see my Mach II?

When you say enable SLi on BIOS does it show 8-4-NC-8 or summit like that? Thats SLI enabled.

You should then be able to see it in the nvidia display settings and also see both cards in the control panel device manager. Turn the SLI Bridge (connected to both cards) the other way round if SLI is properly enabled in the BIOS - that should then give you some vision. If that does not work - try one card at a time and make sure they are working individually.

Make sure the MACH USB header is connected to the USB head and that you are connected to the row that just has 4 pins on it (not the row with 5 pins on it), if it is and you can't see it in windows then turn it around, the black cable on the mach plug should be on the 1st pin next to the spare - that being the case you have to re-install the mach drivers.

I have my Mach II working thanks again Mav

I still can't see both my GTX cards in the BIOS if i enable 8-4-NC-8 it goes to the windows load screen and then the screen turns itself off but the PC is still running?

Give us that screenshot again with the graphics adaptor bit opened up.

U need to install the nf4 chipset drivers my friend - thats why SLI is not showing in windows ;)
