download and install the official 6.70 from the nvidia site - you may need to re-install the graphics drivers once you have done that.

The best way (I find) to install in this order:

WinXP (and RAID is required)

Marvell Network driver

Full update of Windows incl SP2 if required

Chipset Drivers

Graphics Drivers

Sound Drivers

Any other programs

Loaded the drivers now i can see both cards!!!

the only thing in control panel with a question mark against it is the RAID controller?

In control panel, Click on the RAID controller and install the driver windows will load em up for ya - no worries, job done, thank you and good night.
