M40's Rigs

[M40TURBO]

Here are my two rigs. My older water cooled rig and the air cooled so far rig i'm using.. The first one is a picture before i painted the internals black and changed the res.

Case: NZXT Alpha

Mobo: Asus p5e64 ws evolution

Ram: OCZ Platinium 1600 Mhz 4x1GB

CPU: Q9650 OC to 4ghz

This is my case with some of the parts i'm going to use in my other computer. If i get a case just how i want it.. But this works for now.

Case: Raidmax something or other

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P Rev 1,6 FD bios

CPU: Q9650 4Ghz at 1.216 Vcore. Vid 1,225

RAM: OCZ reaper W\heatsink 2x2GB 1066mhz

GPU: HD 4870X2 on air

PSU: Silverstone strider st 1200Watt

Yep i'm trying to get a Lian li b70 together just the way i want it.

Black paint inside, cut out a cool window. Change the front a little.

And water cooling of course. I might load up some pics of the hardware i'm going to use here.. I have everything but the case. :banghead:

Fair play to you getting that hardware and watercooling into that tight a space, and retaining neatness. well played sir.

I'm doing a double loop in the next one. So i need a big case.

One 240 rad and one 360 rad. I'll post pics later so you all can see.

Yep it's sweet. There's another one on the way to. Not a asus but what the heck. Going to wc them both with EK-FC5970 Nickel blocks. They look awsome and preform pretty good. So this is one very expensive build.

Something like 505£. Just the cards. Then 140$ or so for each block..

Think i might redo something to my other pc. Lower the rad so i might fit my second hd 4870.

Tried to fit this card in a lancool k62, but it's to small. LOL

So the total cost for all parts i have right now and 2 hd 5970's come to something like 3200£

I have the blocks, case and the work tom's going to do.

wow thats a lot of cash i would love to have 2 air cooled 4870's never mind having them watercooled, then on top of that uve got 2 5970's about to get watercooled thats just amazinly mad stuff i do plan on gettin a 4890 at some point in the next month or 2 tho
