Little devil Build

looks awesome mate :) keep up the good work

yeaha would definitely agree

Everytime I go to buy the waterblocks for the gpu they are out of stock in specialtech (xspc 7970). I will be watercooling the memory also for looks so I can use crystal link too and having fans at 600rpm means no noise at all :).
The waterblock for the motherboard and other stuff just arrived :).
The three rads will cool cpu, memory, motherboard and both cards while having fans at 600-700 rpm.
When they are in stock I will pick up two of these:

you really get no benifit from watercooling the memory or motherboard

Thanks guys :).
The benifit I get from cooling the motherboard is getting rid of that damn mini jetengine fan on it :(.
Yea i know I wont get benefit from the memory block cooling but it will hopefully look better with crystal link between them all :)
Something like this:

More bits that arrived today while I was in work :)
As you can see I had planned on getting graphics card blocks by the fact I bought the i/o shields for the gpu's, but by the time I got to buy them they where sold :(

Have you tried sticking a post in the stock request section of ST forums? They will try and get some for you, or at least tell you if they have an ETA on them

No, I didnt know about this :). I will have to check it out :). Its a pain as its wasting alot on postage by making small orders but they never have everything I need in one go as they seem to sell out quick.

I had a mate over last night so taught I would do a temp loop with him until the card blocks are here :)
It will look alot better with the memory blocks and all crystal link. I will even do crystal link between the rads, gpu's and rad at top to memory block. The only part I will struggle to use crystal link is the part between the top of the res and the rad and the bottom of the res and the pump.

They finally got them in stock and ordered both blocks this morning :)

Thanks guys :)
I received my waterblocks for the 7970's today so I taught I would create a temp loop while I decide what way to finish my full loop. I have a spare 480mm rad and an xspc drive bay res/pump combo so I just connected them up until I fully figure out my layout :)

Its really messy but I will tidy it up as I get closer to finishing the loop.

Just ordered 16 90deg bits power fittings 6 compression fittings and a drain valve thanks to the missus (shes german so ordered from caseking that have them in stock

)
Will finally be able to look into setting up crystal link across my whole system now

Was trying to get them in specialtech but they kept selling out too quickly there

Yes, we have been ridiculously busy this month and stock has been flying off the shelves. We will be doing a Bitspower restock shortly, can't blame you though, when you want it you want it!

I still have to order all the crystal link bits, ram blocks(xspc ones only 1 in stock ), 7 Bitfenix fans ( only 6 in stock ) some 30/45/60 fittings along with watercooling bits for 2 other builds so hopefully I can order from yourselves again soon :).
Only problem is with expensive delivery to Ireland I try make orders in bulk from places I buy from but that's easier said than done :)

Do you ever think you will be adding a system on the specialtech site that you can pay for items even if there not in stock and maybe give an eta like other sites as then I could pay for an order and you just hold what you have on my order until the rest is in and post it instead of posting 5/6 times?
I would say you would get a lot more custom from people like me.

you mean like a pre order?

you mean like a pre order?
yea but i dont mind paying in full for it while ordering other bits well if i have an eta.

-------------

Just added most of the new fittings to my loop and redid the layout. I now have the front drive bay res connected and connected to a fill port on the case to make filling the machine easier.
After seeing so many people picking up Gtx 780's i'm so tempted to replace my cards with a set of them but I really should wait to see what the 9000 series from amd is like first and see if that will bring prices down.

All these are before I filled the loop. As soon as I pick up two ram blocks and bitspower extensions I have more 90deg fittings ready to make the loop look nicer.

Lower quality pic of it filled

pretty poor quality video but you can see what the dye is like (front res is not filled fully yet)

I will be spraying all the inside of the case black as at the moment there is too much red and I will be doing the typhoons in white as I think the grey is ruining the look of the build.

Few more updates as nearly finished it bar the normal upgrades gpu/cpu etc.
I finally got the memory blocks and most of the last of the fittings I need.
I've ordered the final bits from a place called highflow in netherlands which are mostly extenders to raise the level of the cpu/motherboard blocks up to the level of the memory blocks and a t fitting so I can remove the front drive bay res.

My work in progress is nearly done :). Finally the parts arrived, my measurements where off again so I had to alter the route slightly but it seems okay. The part on the bottom of the right ram block will be crystal link when I replace all fittings with crystal link.
Oh and the last pics are from my sisters pc i'm building ;)

Thanks for the compliment

.

Finally got a chance to put a new xspc photon res and a watercooled 290x in the pc as I taught the rig would look well with all xspc kit.
I removed the t-virus res as it had a low build quality (The inside was worm away from the pressure of the pumps :( )
You can ignore the colour of the dye as its just the remnants of the previous dye mixed with distilled water. (I did this as I still have a few changes to make soon enough and the xspc stuff I have stains everything :( - only xspc product i'm not happy with)
I wont be bothering replacing the dye until the final parts of the loop are added (290x which is being rma'd at the moment :( and finally add crystal link :) )

I'm not sure if I should keep the other 290x when I get it back and watercool it also or just leave it as it is and sort the crystal link stuff first only.

Edit:
These are the bits I want to pick up for it:
http://www.e22.biz/TU002E2.aspx#.UvlSALRAzmc - I seen someone on here use this same tubing which is why I want to choose it
http://www.specialtech.co.uk/spshop...apter-Shiny-Silver--BP-WTP-C47-pid-15196.html - I need about 30 of these

Edit:
I just got news my rma'd 290x is being replaced and will be posted back to me from overclockers asap so will get to cf the cards soon .
Cursious to see how frame pacing is on eyefinity without the crossfire cables :)
