Little devil Build

Some braided cables should finish those rigs off nicely :)

Are all of those machines for your personal use?
All bar the nzxt switch 810 build which I built for a family member which still has to get a 420mm rad in the roof which I have in the wardrobe at the moment.
Yea I was debating getting extension cables but then I decided it would be better to learn to create the braiding for a better look.
I picked that case and the r3 because of Toms recommendations and i'm delighted with them cases :)

Paint it??

But it looks so purty!

See?

I just did a little tidying to the rig, not much done this weekend. I just got resistors to make it silent (such an improvement with the lower noise they are near silent and no increase in temps

.

I sorted the cabling as best as I could before I get the braiding kit. I also put it up on the desk as without filters one the rads it was a dust magnet.

I'm not sure on wheter to do a clear tubing loop for the gpu's/motherboard or have white tubing, then have another similar res beside it and having it flowing the opposite direction with the silver aurura and the red in the other loop? Would anyone have any better suggestions?

looks amazing! i love how clean it looks. i think a clear look would look great in it.
what sizes are those monitors? the case is so huge it makes everything else look small.

Some of the latest changes to my setup.
I have switched my main rig from an FX8150 to a 3570K and it now has 32gb ram and used the 8core cpu for another esxi server.

MOAR Rad and MOAR watercooling,do the case some justice fella!
I have enough radiators, they just are not all in use at the moment. In the case is 2* 360mm radiators and a 480mm radiator. I have one 360mm rad for the cpu alone and I have been putting off getting waterblocks for gpu and motherboard as I'm debating whether to wait until the next round of gpu's before I fully cool it.

I am just starting a new build & am unsure if I am going to run two separate loops or just one larger one. I am only cooling CPU 3930K & 2 x GTX590's. I have trawled through loads of reviews & opinions seem to be split?

Hi, Thank you very much for the advice. The general consensus of all the reviews I have read are more or less 50/50. I have two pumps & two reservoirs so I shall be taking your advice & running one big loop. Is it worth cooling the mosfets etc? Thanks again

This build has been going pretty slowly as I keep changing my mind on it. I have now picked up another hd7970 and a waterblock for the motherboard, another ek top for the other pump, lights for the cpu block and some aurora red dye for the first loop. I now only need the two gpu blocks, fittings and more tubing.

The rig is now:
i5 3570k
32gb gskill ram
2*HD7970's
Maximus iv Extreme
128gb samsung ssd & a 2Tb drive
1500 watt silverstone psu (i know overkill but it doesn't ever need to ramp up the fan)
Little devil case
2* 360mm rad's, 480mm rad, 2 * d5 pumps, t-virus res, ek res and bits power fittings

I've spent more time on the other main rigs
The workstation is the same with the 24gb ram, i7 950 and the hd5970.
The first esxi server now has a xeon cpu instead of an i7 and it has 48gb ram and 6drives
The second one is now the Fx8150, 16gb ram and 8drives :)

Hey, I heard that the cooling liquid burns if spilled on your skin. Is that true?
I like that T-virus reservoir theme, I think it looks really cool. It looks rather small in that humongas case. Good work. Looking forward for your updates.

No it doesnt burn at all. I'm hoping I can speed the updates up soon.

I havent really touched this rig much in a while but I taught I would put up the slight changes I made.
I replaced the 1500 watt silverstone psu with an ax 1200 watt and white cables from tom (really love the look of these). I also got a rampage iv extreme and a 3820 on here. I might get a 3930k for it but am tempted to wait and see what the 4930k will be like first.
I have been waiting on koolance blocks to come back in stock for a while now for the rampage iv and 7970's, as soon as they are all in stock together I will pick them up.
I've also bought the v2 of the 480mm phobya rad at the top so I can have a barb fitting on the end of it for better loop management.
I've put the 3570k and maximus iv extreme into my second rig and got rid of teh i7 950 parts.

I made a few changes to this computer lately.
I purchased stands for the monitors. Bought a new mechanical keyboard.
I also replaced the 480mm rad at the top with one that has a port at the other end for easier loop setup. I've bought tonnes of fittings some you can see in the pic and some are being delivered today. I also got the waterblock for the motherboard but the one for the graphics cards was not in stock so i will have to wait until they are in stock.

I will loop both rads together when the rest of the fittings come today.

Some more fittings I haven't fitted yet.

2 rads just cooling the CPU......? Really? Even with those GPU's in the loop Id still be expecting the fans to hardly be spinning.

-27 Degrees

Seeing as they are reference GPUs I have a feeling he might watercool them in the future. Or at least he should.

Everytime I go to buy the waterblocks for the gpu they are out of stock in specialtech (xspc 7970). I will be watercooling the memory also for looks so I can use crystal link too and having fans at 600rpm means no noise at all :).
The waterblock for the motherboard and other stuff just arrived :).
The three rads will cool cpu, memory, motherboard and both cards while having fans at 600-700 rpm.
When they are in stock I will pick up two of these:
