LAN help required

tried to setup a netowk between 2 pc's today(mine and the family pc)

but my pc keeps giving me this error message

but how the hell do i know when this "wmi" got corrupted? lol

i tried system restore to 1 day ago but that didnt work..

the family pc is also giving me errors about it doesnt have the right ip address

please help

good old windows, looks like a reformat job to me, either that or restore to an earlier time
