Laing DDC 18W pump problems

Hi guys so I have my loop all hosed up and the first time I started it it was fine but now the pump won't start I have a XSPC bay res top on it and have it connected via molex I hear small noises coming from it but it wont start fully any ideas?

1) Take the top off try to see if it works. if it does then the top is the problem.

2) have you over tightened the screw's for the top loosen them off a little.

I just had a look and the problem is the blue impeller thingamajigga spins but then stops, took it out and the same thing, will have to ring specialtech on Monday after school -.-

Oh thank you erm sorry im absolute hammered now celebrating my 40th haha.

ST are really good guys though. there are very few and far between re-sellers whom i would say are grate and care more for there customers more they do for there sales targets and these guys top that list.
