hey all well iv turned all the case fans down from High all down to Low,and the only thing i can hear now is the pump itself..sounds like a vibration and its becoming pretti annoying lol,its set to level 5 atm meaning it pumps the highest rpm's at about 4800rpm i believe, should i possibly bring it down? and if so to what?with the specs im running...

current specs are two x 120.2 rads one watercooling the cpu and the other the 9800gx2,cheers for any help

Prehaps you could sit it on some velcro or Gel to cut the vibrations going through the case.

Or, you might have a small air bouble in the loop.

well do u realy need it at 4800 rpm 1st off? 2nd if so make sure its anchored to something that has no loose parts other wise u'll get the vibration noise.

As agentx said, do you really need it on that speed? Bring it down to level 3 or something.

I'll also take this opportunity to say, your PC, with the window like that, looks gorgeous.

Doesn't really make a big difference the speed on the pump.. Also try getting some noise dampening mats to place it on, and stick that on the inside of your case aswell to take away noise, if you've got a window as your sig. seems to point at, it'll be a bit noisier.. But the pump is powerfull enough to be run at half speed. I'ld try to lower it to see what impact it has on the cooling, find an acceptable level between performance and noise and see what you can do with noisedampening mats..
