Would help if we knew your budget mate. Also I don't believe blues are THAT common in gaming keyboards unless you go to a dedicated manufacturer like Ducky or Filco.

My 2 cents, if you're looking for a very good value mechanical i am having no issues with my Steelseries 6Gv2 (cherry blacks)

the main reason i want blues is for the clicky sound when i press down for typing, cause i do alot of typing, and the steelseries 6G2v is not backlit.
at the moment, if i go for cherry mx blue's then the CM storm quickfire TK.
or if i decide id rather have the number pad and aroow keys seperate but sacrifice the cherry mx blue's then il go for corsair k95 (cherry red) or k90 (cherry black)
and i dont have much of a budget but try keep it under 150 but mainly cheap as posible.

CM storm quickfire TK would be an excellent choice! It got a great review on here too

yeah im thinking of getting it, then il weigh up whether i need the seperate number pad or not and all that, thanks for the help.

I don't believe you can have all them features on one KB. The detachable numpad is hard to find that match the rest.

In fact the only backlit-mechanical gaming keyboard with detachable numpad I know of is the Mech5 which doesn't use blue switches and is red backlit.

you could try the k95 which is what i have it lights up and has the macro keys but it also has a rear usb port which you could put a num pad into, if that helps, so you could use that off off the keyboard

I got the Storm Trigger 2 months ago. It burned out on me RMA'd it a few days ago. Waiting for it to come back oh god do I miss it :( loveee the thing..

If you do get it don't use the 5v power input. Coolermaster don't include the power supply for a reason ;)

I got the brown, My wrist is killing.. Can't tell if carpel tunnel or my slave job is at fault. Although ever since RMA'ing it's been actually healing, While in possession it seemed to get worse and worse. Odd because if that is the case I haven't been on the computer much at all o_O Cherry MX Deathhhhhhhhhhh

wow mine has been working fine man i got the tk with the blue cherry mx, not sure what you mean about the power cable mine dont have a power cable input

^^

I have the Storm Trigger different keyboard.

I do love it though and they are sending me a replacement so I have no complaints about the keyboard other than the power input that shouldn't be there. Quote from helpdesk "We do not recommend you use the 5v power input.." And the thing about the brown, That's my fault I probably should have gotten something lighter. It's obvious my wrist can't handle something rugged like MX Brown + Slave job + Fap

I was considering getting this one, but its not sold with cherry mx blue in the UK and getting it shipped would cost like 20 quid, and the backlit is red, if the backlit was blue i would consider the shipping costs.w
It looks good, i just want the blue to match if i water cool it, then its going to be a blue and black/white theme. so a red keyboard when the red is blue, mixed with the fact of shipping.
does anyone know anywhere in the Uk i could buy the Storm Trigger with cherry blue (not the TK) im considering the options so if anyone knows a place where you can buy it?

If you could find a 2012 Razer Blackwidow that seems like it would do everything you want.

Yes, iv had a look, and it looks perfect for mean, there is only one place in the UK that still sells it in stock though, but they have overpriced it and i don't trust them, but iv gone to the razer website and sent them a notification that i want to buy it sop they may get it in stop (probably not though)
but il wait until i have the money i need then consider my options

OK, i have found the Razer Arctosa, its got blue backlit and everything, BUT i dont know if it has Cherry MX blue or another one, so if someone knows that would also help.

You must be thinking about the Razer Lycosa. All that has is blue backlighting. It's not mechanical and doesn't have a detachable numpad. And it's pretty terrible.

Ducky Shine 2, Blue Backlit with Cherry Blues

Not backlit, But a very nice board

Cheap board, not very good quality. But its better then the membrane one you mentioned.

I'd recommend getting keycaps that you like, instead of lighting. Gives you alot more options for high quality boards like Filcos.
