JayzTwoCents has been hacked

I actually agree with Chrazey here.

Okay, sometimes he asks questions that makes you lot go "Really?", but you lot are are all very knowledgeable when it comes down to computers and he just isn't yet.

He's relatively new to computers as we know them and he's here to learn just like we all once were and there really isn't a reason for anyone to call him dumb. If you can't be bothered answering his question, then just... don't.

That's the end of that and now we can go back on-topic (JayzTwoCents being hacked).

I have to agree with Feronix here, the purpose of the forum is to share knowledge and help each other out, even the experts among us had to learn somewhere.

There is no reason to call or imply that someone is dumb, if I was new here and was called dumb for asking a simply question I might not ever have come back here.

Back on topic it is good to see that the hacking has been resolved and that nothing similar happens to the other tech YouTubers.

Thank you to the both of you!

I would guess that "Youtube celebrities" are quite high on their list.

Personally I'm not a fan of J2C. I think he waffles needlessly just for air time and loves the sound of his own voice. When he talked about his experience with Mayhems he went on for over ten minutes, saying what he could have said in less than a minute. I actually started yawning about half way through and stopped watching.

I agree. All the tubers that try to do reviews give me this result, boring me with what I can easily find out myself by just trying out the product myself.

So being dumb is something that isn't permitted here then, if I understand you correctly?...

I feel quite honestly that that is a bit insulting really... Didn't think that was okay around here. I can't help it that I may not be as smart as you guys.

Yeah, I am dumb. I can admit that... Hence why I ask these questions, that probably someone else wants to ask, but don't have the courage to, as they may get an answer like this and may take it personal. Casue I know how that can be.

And while you may not mean it personally... People are different and we take and perceive things differently.
And should you keep/tell people to stay away from a community like this because of that?... Then where is the "community" in it all?.

I imagine this won't be the last we see of that hacker. This has happened with a few streamers I follow recently too. I'm not sure if it is the same guy/group but its probably likely.

If I was Linus I'd be keeping an eye out, he is by far the biggest target out of all the tech channels.

Anyone heard why J2C was a target?

Linus' YT was hacked years ago, like 2009 or 2010, someone deleted all his videos but YT obviously recovered them all.
