The mounting ring and the back plate pair you want to be using is the one with the 3 different holes on each corner of the back plate not the one with a single hole on each corner(should be 1 for Intel 775,1156/1155 and 1366 and 1 for AMD)
It should work fine as your motherboard uses the same mounting holes as the 1156 boards and ive fitter one to an 1156 using the method below.
1. As your looking at the side of the back plate that is away from the motherboard (ie the side that doesnt have the bit for the sticky pads) if you look at the holes in the top left corner,
2. You want will be the bottom left of the 3,
3. If you get something like a tooth pick or a long piece of rolled up paper (i used the inside of a pen i took apart) or something along those lines and poke it through that hole and the hole in the motherboard and place it to the back of the motherboard you should be able to pivot it around that hole and see what the other holes you need are.
