is the 560ti worth the extra $30

Hi so im going for a budget single gpu build. I'll be gaming at 1920x1080 on 1 monitor. I'll mostly be playing games such as bf3 and the valve games.

ive undecided between the 560ti and the 6950 1gb.

Currently i can get the cheapest 6950 1gb for $209 AUD

i just found the msi twin frozr 560ti for $255. Which now means...is the 560ti worth $45 more in terms of performance
