iPhone OS 3.0 Preview

Apple are going to launch a presentational video of the new iPhone OS which is coming in the summer later on today.

Basically it looks like Apple are going to add in the features that arguably should have been there to start with - MMS + copy and paste are the two main ones IMO.

There has also been a big addition to the SDK, which are probably too much to mention here, but Apple have quoted the figure of 1,000 new APIs.

What annoyed me the most (from what i've seen with reviews on youtube) is that you can't do landscape with a full qwerty while texting but you can while browsing, thank god thats fixed , might actually consider one now.

Agreed it's about time these oversight's were addressed. The iPhone may well be worth a look now to many people who baulked at the issues that the 2nd Gen didn't address.
