Intel to spend $6 billion on a 10nm fab in Israel

Im sorry what? They dont have that many clients, I would understand if this was apple or TSMC etc, but seriously. Though I guess this could work out if Intel prices this competitively and are able to nab clients from the other producers. Apple is an exception simply because of how much money it has.

Who doesn't... ARM? according to wiki (if you believe them)

Globally ARM is the most widely used instruction set architecture in terms of quantity produced.

If the didn't invest in upgrading the processes eventually it would need closed.
