Intel is rumored to release a 6-core "Coffee Lake" CPU in 2018 for the mainstream desktop market on their 14nm process.

what's more interesting to me is the fact they won't be updating there iGPU. Like they are keeping GT3e for that long? Pretty sure broadwell had that, so that's four gens of the same level of graphic capabailties. And with HDR/high refresh rate/4k becoming the next norms, you'd think they would increase there performance.
