Doesnt actually sound that impressive.. sounds just like K8L...quad-core and DDR3. But AMD have the IMC as an advantage.

Agreed - but then Intel does not have the dis-advantage of the cold bug - so its deadlock in that arena, lets not forget now that lower latency RAM may actually make the IMC overkill whereas as for low latency DDR it was all powerful - what advantage does it bring to this genre where bandwidth is king?
