In need of some security

Basically I need something to prevent spyware actually getting me down in the first place. Is spyware doctor any good? Webroot spy sweeper? I also need a good software firewall so if the two were incorporated...brilliant!

I already have adequate virus protection courtesy of NOD32 (didnt like the new security suite beta but i may wait till its released)

I dont do pr0n...seriously lol. Maybe the odd dodgy site (with firefox) and all downloads are clean. And thats literally once a month maximum.
