Immediate Notification of a Thread

For the threads that I'm interested in I often set an Immediate Notification so that I get an email for each new post in a thread. I like this method of keeping track of what's going on. However the email subject line is in the format "[member] replied to [thread title]".

Now if I read a whole thread and want to delete all email notifications for that thread, I have to go through my whole email list and look for the [thread title] on the end of the subject line. If the email subject was in the format "[thread number] [member] replied to [thread title]" or "[thread title] [member] has replied" then I could sort my email by subject and delete all emails for that thread much more easily.

No dude I'm talking about being able to organise the emails you get by thread title if the subject line format is changed.

What would also be cool if you could get a on-site notification in your pm inbox, i would personally prefer that
