lmfco i <3 this vid, points out everything thats wrong with games today. lol Call of duty being the most f**king annoying!!! £45 for them game then £40 for maps, lol idk wtf drugs there on to think a game is worth £85 of my money.
And on a related note, i just got the old skool quake arena on xbox live to relive some memorys, not as good as on pc at all but still fun to play

I not only bought Quake when it came out, but had to order my first computer (and wait two months) to play it. There was/is nothing like the community that grew around Quake 1 and 2... on dialup no less... I remember grousing about different modems and line speeds, and drooling over the techs merrily running around on T1 connections. Late in the morning there would be about 5 of us left on The Edge, and we'd just meet in the middle and chat for a couple hours before drunkenly logging off and going to sleep. Oh, and that video? Is absolutely hilarious.

You know what's hilarious? I had a game called SIMON in the 1980s that we like, binned after a while because it was boring and shit.
