i5 3570k slow down??

I have an intel i5 3570k and was thinking of buying a gtx 770 4gb to upgrade. However i was thinkin of getting a 780. Will the gpu be limited by it he 3570k? also is 1 780 enough for 5760x1080??

The i5 won't slow down the 780 at all.

As for it being enough for that resolution - yes it will, but most likely not at ultra high settings.

3570k at stock could handle 780s in SLI. So yes will easily be able handle a single one and as for that res, yes it will handle it. You could probably get Ultra settings by turning off AA or lowering it 2x and still hitting a nice minimum framerate.
