I5 2500K wont go past 4.4 Ghz

talk about resurrecting a dead thread lol, got a new board now (GD-55)and it is at 4.7Ghz stable temps arent bad mid 60s max under water and fans on full but this chip used to run @80 on the same clocks and the old board didnt like running 4.7ghz 24/7 didnt used to boot all the time and didnt boot into bios and my 2500k will do 5ghz on 1.45V

Jesus man mine running 5GHz will only boot into windows at 1.54 volts :S

I guess i just got unlucky this time =[
