He was satisfied with speeds from what he said, but not with latency. MOst everybody should know ahead of time (and i also warned) that satelite internet has the worst latencies ever. Not exactly Direcways fault. You have to think in term of law where that is concernd.

I know he knew that but he doesn't have to say that. There is the law, but there is also what a company will do to shut someone who complains up. I know this sounds dishonest but they are clearly doing this because they know there service sucks. 4 second ping is not physically mandatory.

Form what ive heard he hasent had poor service. I almost told my friend Jerry to do that though cause he got horrible service but he was over his 2 year contractual agreement.

I haven't received poor service, PP is right. For satellite internet this is all I came to expect. My speeds are good, in fact better than advertised all the time, I usually get about 2.2mbit down and about 300kbps up. It's just the massive amount of latency and outages during in climate weather that

me off.

I would call what he got poor service, maybe not for satellite based internet access but Frag wasn't satisfied.

TBH I was satisfied as I pretty much knew what I was getting in to when I got it. Unfortunately for me when I got it, Virginia BroadBand wasn't around so I didn't have that option. Now that I do I'm quick to dump the dish!

Yea, its one thing to get treated like my friend Jerry and do what you suggest, but its another to do the honest thing and with hold your end of the deal (contract). If you laid out a contract for somebody purchasing your product for 2 years and they want out early, you would want to with hold that contract right? Its only fair to pay up. Just like cell phones. Even if the service is rediculous becasue of weather and latency, but its already widely known and they know that. Not enough to make a rukus about really.

Oh and I didn't realise it was Israel whr that crappy cola is made. Our local kebab shop sells litre bottles of it and half the bottle is written in arabic. Oh and it takes like cheese.
