HTPC, Folding machine and Home Server in one?

Could I have a home theater, folding machine and home server all in one machine? I would be using windows 7 so on the Home server front I could use the homegroup feature. The graphics would be something like a GTX 460. Will this card 'turn off' if its not in use?
The hardware for the home server I am building is almost definitely going to be:
C60M1-I Motherboard and CPU
2GB (or 4GB if used as a HTPC as well) Crucial 1066 DDR3
Be Quiet L7 300w PSU
2x SATA HDD's
(GTX460 1GB)

I used to run one machine for general use , a server and a HTPC and it was just hassle. If i needed to restart it, or whatever, and someone is streaming a movie it will stop the stream.

Maybe it would work for you though.

Well, usually when people build servers, they tend to leave them on 24/7, so it could be used as all three. The 100% CPU usage may cause problems with streaming, but you could just fold using the graphics card and leave the CPU to do its thing.
