You should be able to, it just acts a bit wierd sometimes. Is it saying that you can't have an animated one?

Yea, sorry, should have said. It's the animated gifs it seems to dislike...

Would it help if I hosted the gif, and then linked to it, or is there a no animated gifs policy?

We don't mind you using an animated one at all, but the forum software seems to have taken a dislike to them recently.

If you can get an animated one up, good on ya

I did try photobucket, but I got an error from the forum, something like uploading from a site was disabled.

But it's ok...i quite like this static that I have just now. He has disco legs.
