How to use HD audio from a 6870

Hi there guys my problem is this

Im getting another 6870 for crossfire and this means that I will have to lose my ASUS DG sound card. Is there any way to use the audio from the graphics card HDMI ive tried looking for an adapter to no avail. I need like a HDMI to 3x 3.5mm jack plugs for my surround sound speakers. If anyone knows where I can buy such a thing or knows another soloution please let me know. Failing that looks like I will have to buy another sound card.

or are you trying to play the audio through you monitor?

Was playing off an ASUS DG im just gonna get one that will fit in a PCI x1 slot as mine only fits in a old pci slot, which is now gonna be blocked by the other 6870. The onboard audio makes my speakers pop n hiss its terrible.

Just googled your board and it has 2 free slots between the top 2 16x slots, just slot it in between the GPU's as its only a half height sound card it will hardly block any airflow.

16x - gpu

1x - cooler

pci - asus DG

16x - gpu

Indeed it will fit good sir with half the fan covered as its in the middle the other card im getting has a blower on the end so ill probably put that up top nice one prob solved. (feel a bit silly now)
