How to overclock?

I've watched TTL's video a while back about 3 times on how to overclock then..but still have no idea..so you can say im a noob.
I want to overclock my i5 3570k on an AsRock Extreme 4 Mobo, with an Xigmatek Achilles Cooler (Push/Pull Xigmatek Blackline LED fans)
2133Mhz 8GB ( 2x4gb) Patriot Viper 3 Ram



Plus i'd like to know how to overclock my ATI 5850.

...Maybe overclocking is not for you, sorry :\

Damnnnn, I think i get it, but i hate the BIOS on my board, it's so..confusing, compared to like Asus, Gigabyte boards.

Do i start on an undervolt or not?

Hate to say it but he might be right. You can bork your whole rig if you don't know what you're doing so if its something you can't figure out despite reading and watching a bunch of tutorials then it might be something you don't want to mess with. No need to risk your motherboard and CPU.
