Hehe ;)

Mind you, i'd hope the "This site is down for maintenance." page on ur site was XHTML valid ;) :D

It wasn't the site layout that bothered me really, nor the ads (<3 FF adblock); it was the grammar. Have they ever heard of a run-on sentence? :rolleyes:

It's not too bad, and it's pretty comprehensive, athough as said by the OP, they don't say anything about the silencing :\.

Then how can it be a comprehensive test of an Arctix Cooling Silencer?? :eek: :p

They still got the Cooling end of the stick though ;).

What I don't understand is this bit -

name='Article said:
After we installed the HD-Silencer and checked the temperature again the temperature was 40˚degrees... we saw the drive temperature climb to 50˚ with an ambient room temperature of 74˚[/B'].
:confused:

What do you mean you don't understand it?

After installing the cooler the temps initially hung around 40*c and then climbed their way up to 50*c. That's how I interpreted it anyhow.

yes bit they claim roomtemp was 74, guess they measured in fahrenheit but still how can the harddrive be cooler than roomtemp.

Probably hard drive temps were taken in Celsius and the room was taken in Fahrenheit and they were just plain dumb and didn't mention that.

Ah damn, I missed the whole part about 74*. My bad.... yeah that's a bit odd. They probably didn't even take the temps, they probably fibbed the whole article, rofl.
