How do I RMA my X1950XTX with Connect3D?

Hi.

As the title states... i've got a dodgy graphics card that is in need of RMA. It's over a year old but less than two so I cannot return it to the retailer. Connect3D's two year warranty should have this covered with them.

The problem being that I have tried emailing Connect3D but their email box returns my messages as failed, due to their email inbox being full. I've read at the Enquirer that they went bankrupt sometime last year & they were bought up, but can't find anything saying who is responsible for Connect3D support now.

Can anybody best advise me on who I can contact to get this card repaired or replaced? Thanks guys. :)
 
Bummer, not what I was hoping to hear i'll admit. I've read that a firm called TwinTech3D bought out Connect3D, so had hoped that they would be responsible for Connect3D's support.

What are my chances?
 
Contact TwinTech3d and explain the circumstances... See what they will do. Ask for a good will gesture...

Chances? Depending on your negotiation/people skills pretty reasonable. If you suck at reading/influencing people I'd say slim :/
