Hi everybody, I seriously need help.

Hello people, I had a problem for over a month now and I tried almost eveything I could think of. The problem is that my GPU usage is low and unstable while my CPU usage is low. This results in stuttering and artifacts during gameplay. Please, if anyone can help that will be much obliged.

GPU: Nvidia GTX 780 Ti windforce edition

CPU: I7-4790K

PSU: Seasonic 650W

Could you please share with us your entire system spec's, what you have told us is a little vague.

Some software information would also help. Bios revision? What version of Windows are you running? What GPU drivers do you have installed?

Some screenshots from GPU-Z and some benchies couldn't hurt either.

Of course.

Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Hero

OS: Windows 8.1 64 bit

Geforce drivers: 340.53 (latest ones)

My CPU is clocked at 4.0 ghz (Stock), and the temps are around the low 40's C in game and around the low 30's C idle.

My GPU is overclocked stock at 1020mhz but it overclocks itself. My GPU temps don't go over 72 C in game, but under full load peaks at 82 C.

CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D14

CASE: CM Storm Stryker

RAM: 8gb G.skill Sniper 1600mhz

I have my BIOS updates as well.

I never really took a screenshot before with MSI Afterburner. But I did take a screenshot of GPU-Z in idle; C:\Users\USER\Desktop\New folder\stuff.gif

And in game; C:\Users\USER\Desktop\New folder\as.gif

You... you can't upload images directly from your computer.

You have to upload them to a site such as Imgur or Photobucket and then paste the direct link between
insertimage.gif
button.

I suppose its possible, isnt it.If I were you, Id wait for someone else's opinion on the matter.

I don't know if it's relevant. But, when I used K-boost it caused a BSOD.

Thanks for the info, will post images soon.

gpu load being low could be a number of things, including resiolution and detail levels you use.
you could run msi kombustor and see if you can get the gpu to 100% load.
but as you said it gets to 82c at peak, then i think you already have had it 100% load.

with your Low gpu usage do you have bad frame rates?
and is your cpu actually getting to any sort of heavy load and going out of idle mode?

you can monitor your cpu usage and if it does get to full speeds by running occt's "cpu occt"
it should then show you what frequency your cpu is running at under full load.

Thanks for your comment. My GPU CAN reach to 99% load in Furmark, MSI Kombustor and 3DMark11 but it wont while in game. This causes some bad framerate and stuttering. My CPU can go out of idle mode and utilize it's full potential. My CPU is running at 4.0ghz at full load, like its suppose to.
