I bought a Compro one from Scan - it got a great signal on all channels apart from Five, so I sent it back...I then realised that the aerial connection was not connected up to the main switchbox, so it was actually doing rather good!

However, I found the software a bit slow and buggy, so I wouldn't really recommend it even if the signal was fine...

Ive got a Hauppauge in my family's PC, have had 3 variants (PCI, USB and USB2) and they've all done the job no problem. The hardware is top notch but as with the one prosser mentioned the software isn't the best. But its more a case of tricky to install/configure than buggy.

Take a look at the WinTV-nova series.

ok thanks guy's i herd from other people too that software is always bugy or dificul to configurate but if i conect my PS2 to tv-tuner through S-video cabel can the image lage (be late) like wen your cpu is very busy and you want to open samething but it doesn't open at once i hope you understande wath i mean
