help required....please.

Hi Guys

I am running a z68x-ud3r-b3 motherboard with 2 OCZ agility 3 drives in raid 0. I would like the use the gigabyte EZ smart response as I have read that it improves your performance. I have installed it and receive an error 'This hard drive can't be supported'. I am using the intel raid controller sata 3 ports on the board.

I was under the impression you could only use 1 SSD with ISRT and up to 60GB (64?). You can use multiple mechanical drives though. What other drives are you trying to use with the SSDs?

Yup you're right, ISRT has a limitation of 64GB SSDs for caching of the mechanical drives. Since CRAZYCAP already has RAID 0 configured and depending on the SSD sizes, maybe it would be best to use 1 single SSD for the OS and the 2nd SSD combined with a high capacity storage drive using ISRT.

ahhhh makes sense. Yeah I have 2x OCZ 60GB Sata 3 drives in RAID0 (OS), 1 64GB G.SKILL falcon II SSD (programs etc) and 1 x 300GB drives (non raid) for installed games and a 750GB drive for backup
