what should i get instead?
Enermax also make some decent PSU's I've heard/read. But they usually a hefty markup for the same wattage as their competitors.

a lot of people had problems with XFX on here lately, seems like their support is crap.

There's usually a good reason for that though tbh.
I really rate Enermax.
If I didn't regard them highly I wouldn't have mentioned them, in fact I've just ordered the Platimax 1200W. According to everything I've read and seen, build quality, component choice and engineering is top notch, and performance is nothing to sneeze at either.
But you do pay for it, is all I'm saying.
You're a lucky man tbh
i still switch few part. i went with a corsair psu and a 670 egva graphic card since i can OC it. i also changed the psu like you suggest me.
here my new build link. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/JLM0
Hey there.
Forgive me, haven't read the entire thread, wanted to recommend a different build since there's tons of parts you should of changed which would of saved you a ton of money as well, whilst you PC's performance staying the same.
Nevertheless, congratulations, and good luck with your build.
Btw, my son and daughter are really happy because
1. they will use this current computer.
