Help, keyboard and mouse...

I need help on deciding which Keyboard and mouse to get... (actually i have no idea what Keyboard and mouse to get i've never paid them much attention...) i want it to be illuminated and around 50quid for both of them dont care about what make just as long they are good for FPS i'd be happy... oh and wired if possible (i dont like wireless )

Better than the MX518 original, the feet make a big difference!

if you need great antighosting and iluminated keys, go with G15 from logitech, if you just want lit keys, go with saitek eclipse and you wont be disapointed.

for a mouse i would go with the legendary G5 from logitech, or you could get an ocz dominatrix a great mouse also, but in my opinion mouses are something pretty hard to chose, something good for someone wont be good for another.

I just cant justify more then 50 for a keyboard and mouse... espically because my i7 rig has meant i havent eaten in college for two weeks i really like the look of Saitek Eclipse 1 it looks so much better then the the 2... but where do they sell it?

Yeah they don't. I still gotta RMA one of my Eclipses. Decent keyboards and not so expensive that I feel like not using so roughly when playing games you know?

As for a mouse I use a Razer Salmosa. Got a Diamondback but I prefer to wear out the cheaper ones first :haha:

I'm having difficulties finding a decent comfortable keyboard my my big fat fingers. I can touch type but cannot get on with the new laptop type keyboards around now. I need to find one that has a decent rake and some travel on the keys. Logitech I find is for thin fingered types. The only 'good' one I have found is made by Cherry. But the search goes on.......

The mouse is the most important part for FPS games.

Ohh thanks Sleekit i think that mouse you found me looks great and so does the keyboard i think i'l go with them (the keyboard looks great but only if it was back lit it would be great! ) ahh well...

Well you would be looking at something around £40 for a keyboard that way, not worth it if you can shine a dim lamp on ur keybaord like me lol
