i want build PC gaming and i confused between ram in terms of quality
and performance in gaming who has more fps and more power full ...

if i got x4 , 16GB + 16GB +16GB + 16GB = 64GB its gone be batter then 128 GB or not .

Firstly if you are only gaming (and not content creating) go with the 16GB variant as that is all you need. If you really need to then go with 32GB but there is absolutely no need for 128GB. Secondly make sure you get your RAM from a reputable brand like Corsair or G.SKILL like mentioned. Finally any ram 3000MHz+ is more than enough speed to not bottleneck your GPU or CPU; even 3200MHz is fine.

16GB.
3000MHz+ speed
Reputable brand and you will be more than fine
