Hi everyone. I'm Jerry from Ottawa, ON, Canada. I've been an overclocker for the almost 10 years and been building computers for the last 15 years. I remember my very first OC. It was back in 2002 with an AMD Duron 800MHz (Spitfire). Back in those days, we did the graphite pencil trick to fill in the locked L2 cache which unlocked the cpu to be overclocked. I was able to push it to 1.0GHz using a Thermal Take Super Mini Orb HSF. That think sounded like a Cessna.
To tell you more about myself, I work in the IT field doing tech support. I am a geek at heart and a hardware enthusiast. I often get told I look more like a biker than a computer nerd. As for interests other than computers (is there really anything else? LOL) I enjoy reading, watching movies and TV, playing video games (that's a given), genealogy, muscle cars and tattoos.
