ah a thunder bird, no? yea thats probly aroound the norm 4 those (with stock coolin); those things had the nickname 'hot plates'

Your T-Bird will give out round 70Watts of heat @ full load and ~60Watts @ idle

AMD reccomends its max temp @ 95C
 
living in canada, i would pop open the window and let some of that northern cool air blow right into the case =) as always chip model, case ventilation (maximize by trying to equal out intake fans with exhaust fans, keep in mind of course you don't want to create stagnant air in your case as temps will rise because of this), proper thermal compound application, and always try and organize your wiring which can also block airflow. All such factors play a role in the temperature.
