Hey guys,

Im planning to increase the storage capacity for data in my pc. They wont won't have programs on it, just data like videos, music, photos. What would the best drive?

I have the Samsung Spinpoint F4 are good.

I'm looking to get three of them, each being 2TB.

i came across the Samsung 2TB Spinpoint F4, they are at a good price £64.99 on ebuyer.com.

Is this drive good and also do you any others?

thanks

i have not read no reviews on the F4's but i no in 2tb territory the better ones are the cav blacks

I checked out the caviar blacks, they are a bit too pricey as they are performance drives, im not going to be constantly writing data to the drives, only now and again. The green series seem to be cheaper. What do you think of them?

Thanks

I know the F3 1tb's are great little HDD's so give the F3 a spin instead mbe

What operating system are you using? As those F4's are advanced format drives. If you are running XP (or WHS) then you will have to align the partition to the sector boundaries.
