HD4870 XFire or GTx 460

Hey guys as you can see in my current rig I have a single 4870, it's been going well for a while now but with the arrival of BF3 coming soon I need to upgrade fast. I have a couple options:

1) Get a second 4870 and Xfire

2) Find a cheap 460

I can't afford a GTX580 as I need a new car soon also I plan next year to build a kick ass PC with (hopefully) the latest GTX6xx series in.

So what do you guys think option 1 or 2?

no not really budget is probably around £100 absolute max, but I want to spend as little as possible and get good enough performance for BF3

is you wouldnt mind dual gpu cards look at the gtx295 still a monster of a card and the single pcb ones quite nice, also within ur £100 budget

gtx 465 from aria and unlock to gtx 470? well within £100 i think

Can't seem to find many of them for under £100 and on ebay there 1 at £50 but with 3 days left =/

The cheapest 460 on aria is £103

These idea's are good but like I said I want to spend as little as possible, would an extra 4870 give me near GTX460 performance? As the less I spend now the more I can spend on my next car =]

You don't seem to get the point in this.. I NEED to spend as little as possible so i can save for a better car and upgrade GPU next year.. I DON'T want to spend as much as I can now.

I don't mind power consumption or heat or noise atm, its only gunna be used the next few months, although it would be nice to have PhysX

Found a gtx 285 looks like it might go cheap... almost 460 performance
