Not too bad. What OC ya at?

My Infinity and an E6700 @ 3.4GHz (1.45v) idles at 40°C ish and loads at around 50-55°C depending on room temp

I'm @ 3.6ghz 1.35vcore, room temp 74*c.

AFAIK they are not yet available in the UK :(

how much does it cost in the US, and how much would it cost to ship (7-14 working days)

also.........how much impact do u think it would have on a socket 939 opteron 170 CABYE running at 2.6ghz (30% OC from 2.0ghz running at 43c idle)?

74°C room? Holy moly

Me no understand. My room temp is ~22°C and the CPU runs at those temps (albeit my CPU isn't a don like yours)

Yikes, room temp = 74ºC

That heatsink looks massive, shame about having to turn it 'round so the heatpipes face the other way :(

Is the cooler worth it? seems very big, altho I guess if you ran the fan at a low speed it would be quiet.

hey frag, could you get some measurements of how tall the heatsink + fan is on the motherboard? (so that socket height is included in the measurement)

I was hoping to get an Ultra-X as long as it fits in my SFF build (PC-V300)

Does it hit the memory when it is reversed? Im sure it can be tweeked (bent) just a little to clear the memory.

(just do it off the mobo)

I would run a duct form its 120mm fan to the side of your case as a exhaust.
