H100i v2 + evga hybrid 1080ti case

I'm looking for a case that...

- I can mount both the H100i and the evga hybrid rads on the front.

- Has a PSU shroud (that won't block the GPU rad on the bottom front)

- Isn't huge (the tighter and cleaner the fit, the better)

- Is under $200usd

- Fits regular ATX board


If anyone has done a similar build set up or has a suggestion, I would love to hear it.
